1) Eligibility

You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use your User Content solely to provide, operate, improve, and support the Service (including caching, moderation, abuse prevention, and backup). You retain all ownership of your User Content, subject to the license above.

5) Uploaded Images — Ownership & Processing

You represent and warrant that you either own the copyright and all necessary rights in every image you upload to the Service or you have a valid license/permission to use and upload such images, and that your upload does not infringe any third‑party rights (including privacy, publicity, and trademark rights). You are solely responsible for your uploads.

How narrati.co processes images: The Service analyzes textual descriptions of uploaded images to power gameplay and content generation. We do not transform, edit, or otherwise alter the original uploaded image to create derivative images. Any visual assets the Service presents during gameplay are generated from text prompts/descriptions and are not edits of your original image.

We may temporarily store your original upload and associated metadata for operational purposes (e.g., to display back to you, validate compliance, improve reliability, or comply with law). We do not publish or distribute your original image to other users except where you have chosen to make it public within the Service.

6) AI‑Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content, prompts, and visuals based on textual inputs. AI outputs may be fictional, inaccurate, or inconsistent and are provided for entertainment and creative purposes only. AI outputs are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by OpenPromptGames.com and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written permission.

8) Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data and cookies. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

10) Copyright Complaints

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenPromptGames.com and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim or (b) €50.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OpenPromptGames.com and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your User Content (including uploaded images), your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

15) Changes to the Terms

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Warsaw, Poland, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
